At DreamPals, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your purchase is not right for you, we offer a 30-day free return and refund policy.
30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number, the email address associated with the order, and a brief description of your return request.
Please do not send products back to us without first contacting our customer support team. Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may experience delays.
Free Returns
Eligible returns made within the 30-day return period are free of charge.
When your return request is approved, our team will provide you with the applicable return instructions. Where appropriate, DreamPals will cover the authorized return shipping cost.
Customers should follow the return instructions provided by our support team to ensure the return can be properly identified and processed.
Return Condition
Returned merchandise should be reasonably cared for and returned with the product and any included accessories, components, manuals, or packaging where available.
Customers may reasonably inspect a product after receiving it. However, products that have been intentionally damaged, materially altered, misused, or returned in a condition unrelated to normal inspection may not qualify for our voluntary return policy, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item you ordered, contact us at support@dreampals.online as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding your refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Although we process approved refunds promptly, financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
DreamPals is not responsible for processing delays caused solely by banks, credit card companies, or payment providers after the refund has been released by us.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@dreampals.online.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking information indicates an unusual delay or you believe your order has been lost, please contact us.
We will review the available shipping information and work with the relevant shipping provider when appropriate.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. DreamPals cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Exchanges
If you would prefer another DreamPals product, please contact us.
Depending on availability and the circumstances of your request, we may provide exchange instructions or recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order.
