DreamPals sells animal-inspired night lights and related products.

However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, or manufacturing variations.

Minor differences that do not materially affect the normal function of a product may occur.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify product selections, limit quantities, or update product information where reasonably necessary.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact you regarding an alternative or issue an appropriate refund.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on dreampals.online are shown in the currency selected or displayed on the website.

Applicable taxes, duties, or other charges will be presented where required or may be imposed by the destination jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be completed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical, or technical errors. If a material pricing error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping

DreamPals offers free worldwide shipping.

Our estimated delivery time is 7–10 days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

DreamPals offers free returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery for eligible purchases under our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should contact support@dreampals.online before returning merchandise.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

8. Accuracy of Customer Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during checkout, including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered fulfillment or shipment.
