Free Worldwide Shipping

DreamPals provides free shipping worldwide on eligible orders placed through dreampals.online.

There is no standard shipping charge added to qualifying orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is:

7–10 days

Delivery estimates begin once an order has entered shipment and are intended as reasonable estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may occasionally vary because of shipping-carrier operations, customs processing, destination-country procedures, severe weather, seasonal demand, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if you notice an error in your shipping information.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please verify your recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number where applicable, postal or ZIP code, city, province/state, and country before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact support@dreampals.online immediately.

We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered shipment.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, shipping or tracking information may be sent to the email address associated with the order.

Tracking updates are generated by shipping providers and may occasionally take time to appear after dispatch.

A temporary absence of tracking updates does not necessarily indicate that the shipment has stopped moving.

International Shipping

DreamPals ships to customers worldwide.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import procedures, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly shown as collected during checkout, government-imposed import charges or similar destination fees may be the responsibility of the recipient.

Requirements vary between countries, and customers should consult their local customs authority when necessary.

Shipping Delays

Although most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–10 days, occasional delays can happen.

If your shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact us at support@dreampals.online with your order number.

Our team will review the available shipping information and assist with the next appropriate step.

Lost Packages

If you believe your shipment has been lost, contact us.

We may review tracking records and communicate with the relevant shipping provider before confirming the appropriate resolution.

Where a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit and the circumstances qualify for assistance, we will work with you toward an appropriate replacement or refund.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check around the delivery location, with household members, building staff, neighbours, or other secure delivery areas where appropriate.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will review the available information.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the product and packaging and contact us at support@dreampals.online.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Returns

DreamPals offers free returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible purchases.

Please do not return an order without contacting us first.
